As small businesses and consumers make greater use of their computers for storing irreplaceable files, they need a way to minimize the risks of lost data. File backup solutions have been around for years, but they typically miss the mark in that they are generally hard to use, require user interaction during the backup, and store files on a local drive or external media, where they are still physically close to the PC and susceptible to on-site disaster.  Lucion FileBackup powered by Iron Mountain is an easy-to-use program that completely automates the process of backing up files and transfers the data to a secure Iron Mountain data center, where the information is always available for recovery. After a user selects the files to be secured, FileBackup transmits encrypted copies of the files to Iron Mountain, where they will be maintained at multiple off-site locations in some of the most secure data centers in the world.
